| Warranty |
| All first quality merchandise sold by H.O.W Rubber, Inc., is warranted to be free from all defects in workmanship or material. Any claim for shortages or concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we assume no liability. No claims for defective material or workmanship will be recognized after thirty days from the original invoice date. Our maximum liability with respect to any claim shall be the net purchase price of the goods or replacement of the goods with comparable materials at our election. We do not warrant against any other consequential damages nor loss of profits as a result of defective goods or workmanship. |

| No Warranty |
| H.O.W. Rubber, Inc. assumes no liability for any hose that has to be recrimped with used fitting to new hose or new fitting to used hose Customer assumes all liability. |

| Returned Goods |
| New and unused merchandise purchased from us may be returned only with our written approval and must be returned with transportation charges PREPAID. Goods returned must be in saleable condition and will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING AND HANDLING CHARGE. A RGA number is required before return is accepted. |

| We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 10% surcharge will be added on all invoices under $20.00 before tax. |
